Wedding Bells for Chris and Rosie
Yes it all took place last Saturday, October 27, 2018. What a wonderful thing to bring two more special people into our family to include in our Motto: "I lift thee and thee lift me and together we will ascend." The pictures tell some of the story. Sorry some are sideways.

The wedding dinner was held at a lovely restaurant where Mark & Wendy treated us to a wonderful experience of ordering the item on the menu that we liked best. Left to right - Mark, Rachelle, Chris, Rosie, Wendy, & Grace. I, Rosalie, took the picture.

Rosie had many helpers to put together the lovely wedding and reception. This friend of hers is adding the gold trim to the perfect red tiered cake she made.
Chris is patiently waiting in the hall-way for the festivities to begin.

This sweet poster was displayed showing their courtship pictures.
Wendy pins the rose on for Chris.
Grandma Rosalie must get a last hug from Chris.

Rosie and Rachael walk the "path" to the Marriage Spot.

The ceremony begins. Grace, Rachael, Rosie, the Bishop, & Chris.
The darling little Ring Bearer retreats as Chris holds the ring on the pillow and Rosie can hardly wait. Grace and Rachael look happy about the whole ceremony.
Now it is cake time. Chris is making ready to cut into that beautiful masterpiece. And Rosie is challenging him for the job. Guess who won? Well, it was as it should be - They shared the job - just like good marriages need to work.
Oh, Oh, Rosie got the best of him this time with her exact aim and smashing his piece of cake into his mouth. The cheers went up from those watching their performance.
He retaliated, but was much more gentle as they both laughed. And, by the way everyone was laughing along with them. It was a fun time for all who witnessed their sense of humor and gentle competition. They both spoke later sharing their devotion to each other and their appreciation to those who helped in any way and to those who came to share their special evening.
So now we have a beautiful happy family on Chris' side: Wendy, the mother of Chris; Rachael, Rosie's daughter; Rosie; Grace, Chris' daughter; Patrick, Chris' son; Chris; Valentine, Chris' daughter; Lindsey, Chris' niece & Mark, Chris' dad.
And here the two couples have an encore: the Mom, Wendy; the newly wedds, Rosie and Chris; and the dad, Mark - who all now have the same last name.

So now we wish the newly weds a long and happy marriage with only sweet endings to any disputes; delightful experiences with their two darling daughters; and to reach their goal to be sealed in the temple pretty soon!!!
Love to our whole family, Grandma and Grandpa Christensen
