THEY KNOW HOW TO HAVE FUN

Sept. 30, 2019 - "They know how to have fun" will show you how two of our family groups really do know what makes for fun times.
Yesterday's Surprise Birthday party for four members of Peggy and Bruce's family.
You can see here that Peggy has already enjoying the fun and games and is now resting doing what she loves best - being with her grandchildren and caring for them.

Here we see three little cousins enjoying "Group play."  The definition
this kind of play is that they each have their own toy to play with
but are near each other, giving them the feeling of togetherness.

What can be a better way to introduce one's new spouse to the rest of the family?  Danny is glad to let his new wife, Jackie, blend into the family as they talk with Jennie &  Emily.

Peggy knows everyone.  Now it looks like she is introducing Benny, Kayla and their son, Dash, whose home we are in.

Memphis, Danny, KayZee and Jackie get better acquainted with Owen & Bruce as they tease each other.

Danny & KayZee come sauntering by to let Kayla know all is well in their home as Dash approves.
What can't be shown in the few pictures I took is the fun they had outside with games that I didn't get to see because I dropped off to sleep in my easy chair and Peggy thought it wise not to wake me. (she was probably right because I heard it was a fast moving riot.)  When they came in it was time for Birthday Cake and more indoor fun to celebrate those having birthdays in October.  Those who have birthdays in October in the Royer family besides Grandpa Bruce are: Maxwell, Jackie and Jennie Royer Allen.  Everyone agreed that this day was THE BEST!

Last week part of Chris & Rosie's family came to visit.  Probably their last one before they move to Denonsville, Ark.  While they were here we had a happy time talking & laughing at the things which brought them to actually making the move, finding just the right house to move into and all of the tasks it made for them to do before they went there to look for a home, when they got there and found their dream house, getting back home in Salt Lake and making the preparations to actually make the move.
As you can see, after a delightful dinner and teasing each other through explaining what they need to do next to make the move they could still smile.  They are great at that - it helps make the best of a difficult situation - even crowding all of us on the sofa at one time.

Grandpa just finished his dinner and ate it "All Gone" as you can see by the empty bowl and glass.  This is the latest news about him from last night's interesting time with him as he pointed to different things that he could see but I couldn't so he would do his best to tell me what they were - mostly people doing fun things.
I couldn't resist sending this shot of our front garden yesterday.   So now love to everyone, Gr. &Gr. Christensen
