HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE
This well fed EASTER BUNNY greets everyone when they come in our front door. I like to call her "Sister Happy" because she definitely brings big smiles to everyone who sees her.
These delicious hard boiled Easter Eggs didn't last very long. They were too yummy to let grow old.
In fact it is so much fun I keep going until the job is finished. The only thing that I wish is that they were ripe to eat already. Well now, you and I both know that there is no way to hurry Mother Nature under ordinary circumstances, so we smile and wait patiently for Mr. Sunshine to do his work.
Our flowering Pink tree is so lovely and beautiful to the eyes. We took this picture late in the afternoon before the shadows from the house caught up with it.
Thank you Julie for sending this picture that I knew you had taken when we went to Easter Falls last time at Thanksgiving Point there, near where you live.
We hiked up the path that goes to the big fall and on the way there was this hole in the rock by the side of us. As we looked through it we could see the water from the big fall up above flowing down past this opening in the rock. It was absolutely amazing to behold how this phenomenon could have formed. Notice the blue sky at the top. Even though we couldn't get to the top of the whole fall, this amazing scene was worth the hike. And we thank Heavenly Father for this gift to us.
Now we want to remind everyone to remember that we celebrate Easter to honor and pay tribute to Jesus Christ, our beloved Savior, who gave everything he could to make it possible for us to come to earth and receive all the blessings that He can give us. How can we thank Him? Pray night and day with grateful words, do loving things to help others, be obedient to His commandments, accept the callings he gives us in church, love one another as he loves us. Now You can add your own list.
With tons of love, Great Grandma Rosalie Christensen, Grandma Peggy & Grandpa Bruce Royer!!!
